US domestic shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please select the shipping options available prior to check out. Shipping timeline is an approximately 2-3 business days for an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
If your order consists of pre-sale item, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email. The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.
International shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the US but it will be coming soon, for more questions on international orders please contact our customer service team.
Returns

30 Days to Return
We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
Returns and Exchanges:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
All below items are non-returnable:
Worn or Damaged Pieces, Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment or Gift cards
